Green Goat Dairy – Return & Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to love your order. Because our products are personal care and hygiene items, we only accept returns for items that are unused, completely unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

 

* Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

* Eligibility: To be eligible, your items must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

* Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used soaps, lotions, and bath products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at greengoatdairy@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We will happily replace the item or issue a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Process

 

   1. Contact Us: Email greengoatdairy.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

   2. Ship the Item: If your return is approved, mail the unopened product to: [Insert Your Business Mailing Address].

   3. Return Shipping: Except in cases of damaged or incorrect items, customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at greengoatdairy@outlook.com.
