Green Goat Dairy — Official Wholesale Terms

 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)Opening Orders:

A minimum of $150.00 is required for all first-time orders

Re-Orders:

A minimum of $100.00 is required for all returning boutique accounts.

Ordering & Packaging Rules:

Case Pack Requirement: All products are sold strictly in standardized case packs of 6 units. Wholesale prices apply only to complete case packs.

Pricing Structure:

  1. Body Lotion (8oz): Wholesale $7.50 / Suggested Retail $15.00

  2. Face Lotion: Wholesale $12.50 / Suggested Retail $25.00

 

Testers & Samples Policy

To support your in-store sales, we include one free full-sized display tester per scent/product with your very first opening order. Tester replacements for future re-orders can be purchased at standard wholesale pricing.

Payments, Shipping & Fulfillment Payment Terms:

All opening orders are processed on a Pre-Paid (PIA) basis. Orders will not be manufactured or shipped until full payment clears. Returning accounts may apply for Net-30 terms after three successful orders.

Shipping & Freight:

The buyer is fully responsible for all real-time carrier shipping and handling fees via USPS or UPS from our Texas homestead. Shipping fees will be added directly to your final invoice.

Fulfillment Time:

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow a 5 to 7 business day turnaround time from payment clearance to shipping notification.

 

Exclusions & Legal Boundaries Market Exclusives: Our signature Goat Milk Fudge is an exclusive farmers-market item and is legally prohibited from wholesale distribution due to cottage food regulations.

Territory Protection:

To protect our existing stockists, we do not allow wholesale accounts to resell Green Goat Dairy products on third-party online marketplaces, including Amazon, Etsy, or eBay. Products may only be sold in your physical storefront or on your boutique's proprietary website.

 

Damages & Claims:

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any claims for broken glass, leaks, or missing inventory must be submitted via email with photo evidence within 5 business days of carrier delivery to receive a replacement credit.
